Information about Parents' Evenings
We usually hold Parents' Evenings twice a year, in the Autumn and Spring Terms. In the Summer Term you will receive a School Report towards the end of the term.
At Velmead we use a system called SchoolCloud Parents Evening to set up appointments to see your child's teacher. This system can arrange apointment for face to face and virtual appointments if necessary. Information will be sent home, about two weeks before Parents Evening, with instructions on how to log on and book your appointment/s.

The most common reason for not being able to log in, is your child's class name. Please ensure that you are using the following format:
For P3 type Y3P3 for O4 type Y4O4 for C5 type Y5C5 and for C6 type Y6C6
Anyone having difficuly accessing the website or making appointments please read the instructions above.
If you still need help, please DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
